At Sacred Acupuncture & Wellness, we strive to provide the best quality products and services to support your health and wellness journey. Please take note of our Refund & Returns Policy for all retail products sold in our clinic.

Retail Product Refunds

• No refunds will be issued for opened or used products.

• Refunds will only be considered for unopened and unused products that are returned in their original packaging.

• Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Retail Product Exchanges

• We are happy to offer exchanges for unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase.

• Exchange items must be in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.

• The customer is responsible for any additional shipping or handling charges associated with exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

• We will arrange for a replacement (if available) or issue a refund for defective items at no extra cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Opened supplements or personal care products (due to health and safety reasons).

• Sale or discounted items (unless defective and not disclosed at time of sale).

• Gift cards/vouchers.

How to Return or Exchange Products

• If you are returning a product by mail, please ensure it is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
