About Sacred
Welcome to Sacred Acupuncture & Wellness. A calm, home-based space where you can pause, restore, and be supported. I provide individualised Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine treatments, with a special focus on women’s health, fertility, mental wellbeing, and postpartum recovery.
Our Services
Acupuncture
Fine, single-use, sterile needles are gently inserted at specific Acupuncture points on the body. This may also include the use of electrostimulation, points on the ears, scalp and face; as well as certain styles of acupuncture such as Master Tung and Dr. Tan protocols.
These point prescriptions are tailored to your specific needs - to balance Qi and Blood, harmonise the Mind, Body & Spirit and promote healing.
Moxibustion
Moxibustion uses gentle heat from burning mugwort near acupuncture points to support circulation, warmth, and relaxation.
Often used alongside acupuncture, it can enhance the body’s natural balance and wellbeing by tonifying and warming cold in the body.
Cupping & TuiNa
Cupping therapy creates gentle suction on the skin to promote circulation and relaxation. It is especially effective for dispersing stagnation and supporting detoxification.
Tui Na is a hands-on massage technique based on the principles or Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians. Using massage and manual movements in place of acupuncture to encourage musculoskeletal comfort, tension release, and overall wellness.
Patent Herbal Medicine
Prepared herbal formulas are prescribed for your your individual diagnosis and taken under guidance to support your treatment.
Used alongside acupuncture and lifestyle advice, they aim to gently restore balance in a safe, personalised way.
