Clinic Cancellation Policy
At Sacred Acupuncture & Wellness, we value your time and commitment to your health. To ensure we can provide the best care for all clients, we kindly ask that you adhere to our cancellation and payment policy.
Payment Policy
• All fees and charges must be paid in full prior to the commencement of treatment.
• Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card or bank transfer.
• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment if at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
• Appointments will not proceed until full payment has been received.
Appointment Confirmations, Cancellations & Rescheduling
• You may receive a confirmation SMS or email (depending on your chosen contact method) 1-2 days prior to your appointment.
• Clients may reschedule their appointment with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
• Any cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment may require a 10% deposit to book any future appointments.
• A deposit that has been made for a cancelled appointment may be applied to the rescheduled appointment.
• Cancellations must be made in person, over the phone, SMS or via email. You will receive a confirmation reply to your cancellation request. If this is not received by you, please assume that the cancellation has not been confirmed, and fees and charges may apply.
• Clients who no-show twice or more will be required to pay in full at the time of booking for all future appointments.
• Clients who attend their appointment but choose to terminate the session during the consultation will be charged the full appointment fee.

Late Arrivals
• If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time, but your session may be shortened accordingly.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a deposit may be required for your next appointment.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options.
